Beautiful Setting and Helpful Staff the hotel is surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, creating the perfect romantic atmosphere. From the sounds of nature to the stunning views of the countryside, every moment was a true delight. the staff was attentive, providing useful tips about the area and making our stay as comfortable as possible. We also loved the cozy fireplace in the room, which created a pleasant and intimate ambiance.

Poor Customer Service and Uncomfortable Bed Unfortunately, our experience was not all positive. the customer service needs improvement, as staff were less than helpful when it came to our requests.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay with clean and comfortable linen in a pretty room equipt with all necessary accessories. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially Jenny. We also appreciated the peaceful and quiet location of the hotel.

The room was clean and neat, and the location was serene, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the provided microwave in the room was useful for heating up food, and this saved me the hassle of going out to look for a restaurant.

The breakfast was rather disappointing, and the available options were limited. The bathroom facilities in the room were substandard, with a small sink that did not accommodate much.

The Manager, Elarda, was very friendly and thoughtful. The rooms were nicer than the photos - clean, comfortable, and equipped with electric blankets. The whole place is being renovated and looking nice. Staff were excellent and accommodating.
